As we have mentioned before all our coshh cabinets are manufactured here in the Uk by us. We have an 80,000 square foot factory in the west midlands. We produce all our cabinets here too. This is including our hazardous cupboards, flammable cabinets and so on.
As we are the manufactures of our coshh cabinets this leaves us with the ability to be very versatile. We can also offer bespoke products. This could be many different things such as bespoke sizes, colours and even door fittings. This may affect the price slightly but if you are ordering quantity then this is a great way to produce your own cabinets.
So, in this blog we wanted to talk about warranty. We offer a 1-year warranty on all products. This is great for the customer as they can be sure that we are offering quality products. having this warranty means that we are confident that our products will stand the test of time and won’t start to degrade after 3 months. We have Coshh cabinets in our factory still going strong after many many years. We could offer a one-year warranty and probably would still replace a cabinet after this point if it was deemed as faulty. This is because we have the upmost confidence in our product. Many companies don’t offer this, and we believe this is because they have something to hide about their products. be wary of these companies.
In the very unlikely event that anything does occur such as rusting then we can get the coshh cabinet replaced for you right away. Please get in touch with our sales department. They will probably ask you for a little information and pictures to assess the damage. If you send these in with your original email, then this will speed the process along and we can get your cabinet back to you ASAP. We do deem this very unlikely however it is much better to be prepared than not. We will always try to do our best to help you out in any way possible.
