Our chemical cabinets and their warranty.

 

As you may or may not know all our chemical cupboards are manufactured here in the UK. We have many of our chemical cupboards in stock and ready for despatch on either a 5-day delivery service or a next day delivery service that is an additional cost. Our 5-day delivery is free of charge to all UK mainland addresses. We have an 80,000 square foot factory in the west midlands producing hundreds of chemical cupboards each week.

 

Chemical cupboards can be broken down into different categories such as hazardous cupboards, coshh cabinets, flammable cabinets and acid & alkali cabinets. All serve slightly different objectives and are each their own unique colour. We explained some of the benefits and what to store in them in one of our previous blogs.

 

As we have a factory that manufactures these cabinets we are also able to offer bespoke products that are a different variation of what you see on our website. They will be slightly more expensive as we have to include a design fee, but all in all this isn’t too much at all. If you have a bespoke enquiry, please get in contact with our sales team.

 

So, in this blog we wanted to mention about are warranty. We offer a 1-year warranty on all products. This is great for the customer as they can be sure that we are offering quality products. having this warranty means that we are confident that our products will stand the test of time and wont start to degrade after 3 months. We have chemical cabinets in our factory still going strong after many many years. We could offer a one-year warranty and probably would still replace a cabinet after this point if it was deemed as faulty. This is because we have the upmost confidence in our product. Many companies don’t offer this, and we believe this is because they have something to hide about their products. be wary of these companies.

 

In the unlikely event that something does occur to your cabinet, such as rusting or unacceptable damage after using the cabinet correctly then please get in touch with our sales department. They will probably ask for more details and a couple of images of the cabinet and where is it damaged/faulty. If you send this in with your original email we can get the cabinet replaced much quicker. As we mentioned above this is very unlikely to happen however we like to be prepared and tell you in advance. We will always do our best to help you out in any way possible.
